Daily Care Of Stainless Steel Filter Cartridge

There are more and more products of stainless steel filter cartridge, but little is known about the daily care of stainless steel filter cartridge. I think stainless steel will never rust and stainless steel has good corrosion resistance. In fact, this is not the case. Here are several nursing methods:

1. When there is dust and dirt on the surface of stainless steel filter cartridge, it can be washed with soap, weak detergent or warm water.

2. The trademark and film of the stainless steel filter cartridge on the surface shall be washed with warm water and weak detergent. The binder composition shall be scrubbed with alcohol or organic solvent (ether and benzene).

3. The grease, oil and lubricating oil on the surface of the stainless steel filter cartridge shall be cleaned with a soft cloth, and then cleaned with neutral detergent or ammonia solution or special detergent.

4. There are bleach and various acids attached to the surface of the stainless steel filter cartridge. Wash it with water immediately, then dip it with ammonia solution or neutral soda carbonate solution, and wash it with neutral detergent or warm water.

5. There are rainbow lines on the surface of stainless steel filter screen cylinder, which is caused by excessive use of detergent or oil. When washing, it can be washed off with warm water neutral detergent.

6. Rust caused by dirt on the surface of rusted steel can be washed with 10% nitric acid or abrasive detergent, or with special washing drugs.

7. In the passive film on the surface of stainless steel filter screen cylinder, the parts with weak corrosion resistance form pitting reaction and small holes due to self-excited reaction. In addition, chlorine ions are close to each other to form a strong corrosive solution and accelerate the speed of corrosion reaction.

As long as we use the correct maintenance method, we can prolong the service life of the stainless steel filter cartridge and maintain its clean, bright and gorgeous style.
